Order Cancellations and Return Policy

We understand that ordering a suit for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that suits are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details:

1. Orders canceled within 24 Hours of Payment Confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
3. After 3 days within ordering your order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
4. When you order a suit from us please understand that you are reserving one of our Tailors time. We calendar in all of our suit orders based on our tailors availability and timelines. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. If the item is canceled you will be required to reimburse for our designers time and any material used.


5. Please make sure that you size your suit and other items accordingly. You cannot return items if we are given the incorrect measurements . Please contact us for a current sizing chart and refer to our measuring guides. We would be happy to help you through the measuring process.

6. if we choose to honor a return, Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will charge a restocking fee that is variable due to seasonality. If we no longer carry the item it is not returnable.

If the item is on Clearance you will only receive the current listed product price back as a refund.

7. All Custom Suit orders follow a strict no returns, exchanges, or cancellation policy.

8. Items That Cannot Be Returned and Exchanged Include:

Custom made Items , Perishables, swimsuits and personal care items are final sale with no returns, no exchanges.

9. If we no longer carry the item it is not returnable.

When purchasing items make sure that you select the correct size and color. if there is less than one inch of disparity or you select the wrong color at purchase we can not offer an exchange or refund for your purchase.

Please kindly note that all of our suits are newly tailored to order, and once the production process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.

Colors displayed on our website may vary slightly from the actual fabric color due to screen resolution or individual interpretation. We make every effort to ensure that the images on our site accurately represent our products.
